# Screen-free activities I spend too much time using my computers. Way too much. Negative effects include stress, depression, eye strain and undesired weight gain. The obvious solution to this problem is spending more time doing screen-free activities. Here you can find my personal selection of screen-free activities: * Exercising * Listening to music * Doing errands * Buying items from the grocery shop * Buying drugs from the pharmacy * Withdrawing cash from the bank * Sending a package at the post office * Dishwashing * Dusting * Sweeping * Cooking * Braindumping (on paper) * Brainstorming (on paper) * Meditating * Decluttering * Sleeping * Volunteering (e.g. distributing leaflets) * Picking up litter * Masturbating I'm still looking hard to expand the previous list by adding more screen-free activities, since some of them are not so attractive when I'm tired or I don't feel motivated.
